In the Riviera...

Abi queen of the floor, award winning bread slicer and many other things. She's never in a bad mood, even if you do ask for a fizzy drink.

 

Tiana is our chef, queen of our kitchen, who whips up sweet fancies galore & lovingly cooks beautiful food every day! Her talents don't stop there – she makes dainty floral tiaras too.

 

Neddy our ex-scullery manager, who spy'ed on the food team. Always smiling, she has trained under Tiana's watchful eyes. We are so proud of her passion & cooking.

 

Ndumi the artisan barista, she will seem shy but she's in the coffee zone  - her sparkle only comes out when your eyes meet!

 

At the Grove...

Nicci is queen of the floor, also ex-London's concrete, ex chef, passionate foodie, mean Asian spicey soup maker.

 

Bev is our chef, queen of pastries & much more! Ballet dances in our tiny kitchen whilst creating magic! 

 

Moses the artisan barista & salad lover! Weird, I know for a Malawian but be makes the most delicious coffee ever! 

 

Tamara our scullery manager, does not like mess and we love her for it.
